Most importantly, in the days since my massage I have noticed a difference in my body during my daily exercises. I have found I have more range of motion in my left hip as well as an easier time engaging my left glute - two places focused on in our session.
When performing deep work she isolated the center of my trouble points and was great at communicating to get the right amount of pressure for them to release - despite being petit, she easily applied more pressure than most male practitioners I have had. Alixandra gave me the best massage of my life. As a practitioner, she is intuitive, collaborative, and generous. Ahead of time, she discussed some of the modalities she recommended for me, and we came up with a plan based on some of my neck pain. I told her I’d been having daily headaches, and by the end of my 90 minutes, I had immediate improvements in range of movement. I haven’t had a headache since. I’ve also been sleeping better, and attribute this to her healing of my nervous system. I cannot recommend her enough.
